• Account Information: When you register on our platform, we collect profile information managed securely by Clerk Auth, including your name, email address, and profile picture.
• Social Channel Credentials: To publish posts on your behalf, you link your social media accounts (such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others) using OAuth authentication. We encrypt and store the resulting API access tokens and credentials.
• User-Generated Content: We store the posts, captions, draft ideas, calendar events, and scheduling logs that you create and manage within your workspace.
• Usage Data: We automatically log data about your interactions with the site, including browser type, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and network requests.

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected data for various operational and product enhancement purposes:

• To initialize, run, and maintain your workspace dashboards and user profile.
• To process and execute background scheduling jobs via Inngest to publish content to your connected social channels.
• To power our integrated AI assistants that help you generate, edit, rephrase, or repurpose social media drafts.
• To manage billing, transaction records, and subscription status (via Stripe payments integration).
• To analyze usage behaviors in order to optimize our server performance and build better features.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only with trusted third-party services necessary for operating our platform:

• Authentication Services: We use Clerk to handle user login, authorization states, and security.
• Social Networks: When you schedule a post, your content is shared directly with the social networks you choose to link (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) through their official API integration.
• Backend & Hosting Infrastructure: Our servers, database, file storage, and APIs are powered by the InsForge Backend platform.
• Background Queueing: We leverage Inngest to queue, delay, and reliably publish scheduled background processes.

5. Security & Encryption

We prioritize data security and utilize industry-standard methods to protect your sensitive credentials:

All social platform API keys and OAuth tokens are protected using strong AES-256 encryption before they are stored in the database. Access tokens are decrypted only in secure runtime environments at the exact moment a post is being published to a channel.

While we use commercial-grade security practices, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data safety.

6. Your Rights & Choices

You have full control over your personal data. Depending on your location, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information, including:

• Access and Export: You can view and edit your profile data inside the account settings dashboard.
• Revoke Social Permissions: You can disconnect your social media channels at any time via the integrations interface, which immediately deletes the corresponding encrypted tokens from our database.
• Account Deletion: You can request complete deletion of your Sosync.ai account and all associated scheduled drafts, posts, and ideas.
